At FUSION MX, we offer a replacement or refund guarantee on our products which covers faulty product material issues only. We have been in the decal business long enough to know that a poorly fitted decal will come off!

If you don’t feel confident in fitting your decals – let us do it for your, we offer a fitting service.

As a result of this all guarantee claims must follow this procedure:

Call us – straight away, simple issues can be resolved
After our call, if your items need inspection, write down your returns number and post your faulty parts back on the bike plastics
We will make sure you get them back for your next race
If faulty, we will re-print and re-apply then post back to you

You will need to cover the postal charges to return any product for inspection. This is non-refundable.
